Spring Triathlon Camp – 2008

The Bridgewater Triathlon Club is pleased to offer two, one-day triathlon camps on Saturday May 3rd and Sunday May 11th.

  • New to triathlon?  This will give you an opportunity to experience one of the fastest growing sports in North America.
  • A veteran?  This will give you an opportunity to jump-start your training and pickup a few tips on your training and technique.

We are very fortunate to have ex-pro triathlete — Colin Edwards — as our lead coach.  Colin has been leading our club swim clinic through the past winter and the feedback on Colin’s approach and experience from the participants was very positive.

We’ll start at 9am at the Lunenburg High School, followed by a run and swim session.  Lunch, Q&A and then on to the bike.  We’ll be finished by 5pm with an optional social in the evening.

Cost : $25

For more information or to reserve a spot, please contact Tom Rogers ( 543-0352 / tom.rogers57@gmail.com

Thanks Narah for the photos from tri-camp!

Everyone is welcome to any of the rides.  Riders are responsible for their own safety. This is suppose to be fun … we don’t ride if it is unsafe (rain, snow, etc.)  Thanks to the Bridgewater Triathlon Club (BTC) for letting us post this update on their list/website … however, these rides are not in any way associated with the BTC.

BTC Supports Fieldhouse

The Bridgewater Triathlon Club is pleased to support the South Shore Fieldhouse Society and their efforts to build and operate the new Fieldhouse that includes an indoor sports field and an elevated running track.

The facility will be a tremendous asset to the community and we look forward to using it after the September 2008 opening.
