Wet conditions after the torrential rain the night before, but milder (12C) than we often see at Tridents.
Dion - Super Sprint - 1st in age group
Graham - Sprint - qualified for a spot on the NS Team with a sub 1:20 time!
NormaJean - Duathlon - 1st in age group/2nd woman
Steve - Sprint - 3rd in age group
Tammy - Sprint - 6th in her age group
Tom - Sprint - 1st in age group
