Wet conditions after the torrential rain the night before, but milder (12C) than we often see at Tridents.
Dion – Super Sprint – 1st in age group
Graham – Sprint – qualified for a spot on the NS Team with a sub 1:20 time!
NormaJean – Duathlon – 1st in age group/2nd woman
Steve – Sprint – 3rd in age group
Tammy – Sprint – 6th in her age group
