- free, basic bike repair workshop this week - starts at 5:45pm until start of practise (thanks Al!)

Be sure to follow all safety rules. Always wear your certified bike helmet while in possession of your bike. Obey all rules of the road. Ride single file, complying with the draft zone. Upon return dismount your bike on the right side of the road and cross only when safe to do so. Run on the left side of the road, go to the shoulder with oncoming traffic.
