Another gorgeous nite in Lunenburg — sunny, about 24C
The practise got underway at 6pm with a 20 minute warmup run. We then spent the next 90 minutes in the pool and combining pool/run bricks.
The final portion was spent on the track doing intervals (3×400) and jog/strides 8x(100jog/100strides) and a cooldown run
Luic rules the wetsuit removal at 11 sec flat.

Next week we’re will be our first open water swim (Beck’s Lake) and bike brick.
