Go Away Winter, Let Me Ride My Bike

Cliff Worden-Rogers writes …

April 9-12 – LiveMultiSport will be live and on location in the great state of Vermont. This is our first time hosting a camp which I’ve called “Go Away Winter, Let Me Ride My Bike”.

The camp will be mostly cycling combined with a few runs. Everything will be done outside, taking full advantage of the rugged Vermont terrain.

We will be staying near the legendary “Middlebury Gap” a route known well to both cyclists and runners. This is not a trip for the flat land lovers with climbs over 2500 feet.  Two planned routes have over 12,000 feet of climbing.

Each day is going to have structured workouts helping you to improve your base (or start it!). Afterwards, it’s hot tub time!  The nights will be saved for cheap beer and great food.

Interested?  Drop me a line (livemultisport@gmail.com or cliffwordenrogers@gmail.com).
