Route: Bridgewater - Lunenburg - Mahone Bay - Bridgewater
Difficulty: moderate
Notes: a bit longer than we’ve been riding (approx. 70kms). Feel free to join (or leave) where appropriate. We’ll stop in Lunenburg to refuel and lunch in Mahone Bay.

Notes: the ride is cancelled this week because of the Greenwood Triathlon. Stay tuned for Sunday Rides in July — we’re planning a trip to Vogler’s Cove, another one will be a trip around the Aspotogan and another one that will include B’water, L’burg and Mahone Bay.

Route:West Lahave (optional Lake Centre loop) w/stop @Bakery, ferry and East Lahave via Beck’s Lake
Difficulty: easy / moderate
Notes: a good route for people just getting their ‘legs’ — the optional loops will provide a bit of challenge for anyone interested.

The unicyclists’ equivalent of the Tour de France is coming to Nova Scotia and they will be passing thru Lunenburg County next week. 114 riders from 14 countries travelling on one wheel from Yarmouth to Sydney … awesome!
- Tue Jun 17 - travel from the Valley — New Germany — Cornwalls — Lunenburg — Mahone Bay — Hubbards
- Wed Jun 18 - a Time Trial from Blandford to Hubbards.

Route:Riverport/Grimm Road loop
Difficulty: very, very hard
Notes: the Sunday Ride this week is cancelled — instead, checkout Al Heubach’s annual Riverport Road Race. There’s usually about 100 cyclist and a great chance to see some good cycling up close. And you can participate if you want … go for it .. it’s the closest thing to being in the Tour de France around here! What a Father’s Day treat
